This game contains laminated color
information cards about 15 great composers. There are 10 cards for each composer.
Composers included are Handel, Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn,
Chopin, Schumann, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Grieg, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, and Gershwin. Each
composer has five cards telling
1) where and when he was born,
2) during which period he
composed,
3-5) interesting facts about his life. For more advanced students, there are an
additional five cards with interesting facts about each composer. Instructions for
matching games and other uses of the cards are included. |
