Space Place Primer Level for 2-4 players is designed to promote the understanding of basic movement on the staff. It deals only with steps, skips, and repeats. The object of the game is to be the first player to collect the needed pairs of intervals for each planet, which enables that player to “pilot” his or her rocket through the solar system to the “Space Place”.

Game pieces include: four Solar System playing boards labeled with intervals, four rocket playing pieces, and a deck of interval cards containing both harmonic and melodic intervals. The Primer Level deck has 50 interval cards plus two wild cards. The “Parent Cheat Sheet” is on the back of the game cover sheet. Game instructions and variations are included. The game is packaged in a blue canvas zip bag for ease of storage.
